Split Merge Unnecessary Files

Question

Hi, I'm currently use split merge to get 2d orthophoto withe the options in the image (it's currently running). But, looking at the progress, I don't think my 1 TB SSD will be able to hold the intermediary data. Currently each submodels holds 90-100 GB and there are 14 submodels.

For the finished submodels, can I actually delete the submodel_00xx/opensfm/undistorted directories to reduce the size? I assumed since I only need the orthophoto, the merge process will only need the orthophoto from each submodel and the other data won't be needed unless it need a restart. I assume the merge process will use VRT(?)

I'm pretty sure I check that option from the edit button, but it doesn't show in the option at review step or when I start the task

My plan now is probably deleting those directories so the next submodels have enough disk space and copy the orthophoto.tif from each submodels after it finishes. If the merge process fails due to deleting the directories, at least I still have the orthophoto and I can try to merge them by myself 😭

It's been 2 days now, I can't afford to restart lol

Mm, strange that it doesn't show, this just checks fine on my dev machine with the latest changes. Are you running the latest version?

but if you've already finished processing a submodel, yes you can remove the opensfm/undistorted folder

Not when I start it initially, the containers stopped due to another reason and when I try to restart it, I think the script use the new odx docker image and the webodm restart the task from start automatically.
