I have a manual WebODM installation in my Win11 PC. Do I uninstall Docker and delete the .wsl config file from my user profile?
Can I just run the new installer right over the WebODM folder in my C: drive after I backup all my task projects?

Yes, you should be able to run the new installer over the previous installation folder
